This photo is of the actual comic we are selling (not a stock photo). It is in VF- condition with white pages and has been certified by CGC grading. This is fresh back from CGC so the case is in excellent condition with no scuffs or cracks.
This is a limited, 35 cent cover priced variant. These were done as a test market in a few select cities in the 1970's. These are extremely rare (the regular issues all have a 30 cent cover price).
