That is the date of the Maine Comics Arts Festival to be held in Portland. This event will feature dozens of comic writers, artists and publishers. It is to be held at the beautiful Ocean Gateway facility on Portland's waterfront (pictured here) . There will be other events held in conjunction with the festival. It should be an amazing weekend. We have the official blog at http://mecaf.blogspot.com/ and a website coming soon. We will be announcing guests as they are confirmed. There will be opportunities for people to volunteer with this festival. There will be some cool benefits for volunteers. If you would like to help out please let us know. Thanks!
