New at Casablanca Comics

It is hard to believe that we first open our store (Casablanca Comics) 20 years ago. Our first day was Saturday, March 14th, 1987. The store was an old converted barbershop with the sink still on the wall. It was 150 square feet, with two small racks of new comics and 12 long boxes of back-issues. I have some photos of the store over the years that I will try to find.

A lot has changed in that time. The original store is long gone (it was located in Yarmouth, Maine). We have two locations now in Portland and Windham. The one thing that has remained consistent is that we are still a comic store first and foremost. We love comics. Everyone who works with us loves comics.
